Describe the problem in detail and attach the photo of the delivered item/s to one of our 2 email addresses. We must receive the notification within 7 calendar days of shipment delivery. We will work together on resolving every problem You might have. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please note that once the order is shipped there will be no refunds on the order.
DAMAGED AND FAULTY ITEMS
If any of the items we have supplied is damaged on receipt, we will replace it free of charge (you will need to send photo of damaged product and package itself to one of our 2 email addresses).
Once the order is shipped, we can not make a refund for the products. Refunds are not possible at all, cause we have only payment options Bitcoin, WU and MG, which are not refundable. This is not a problem, cause we always deliver our products to our customers (100%). If we will have credit card payment again, then refund will be possible.
Our maximum liability for our failure to fulfill an order that we are legally bound to fulfill, will be limited to the price paid by You for that order.
