Medicines are considered a perishable Goods for which Special Conditions apply in regards to Returns. These Products, once delivered can not be returned for a simple Reason the Product may be compromised by the Customer. If You receive a Product with which You are not entirely satisfied, please contact us immediately using the Contact us Form. Describe the Problem in Detail and attach the Pictures of the delivered Items. We must receive the Notification within 14 Calendar Days of Shipment Delivery. We will work together on resolving every Problem You might have. Your Satisfaction is our Priority. Please note that once the Order is shipped there will be no Refunds on the Order.

Damaged and Faulty Items

If any of the Items we have supplied is damaged on Receipt, we will replace it free of Charge (you will need to send photo of damaged product and package itself to our email address).


Your Refund will be processed once we receive Your Order Cancellation and before the Order is shipped out. Once the Order is shipped, we can not make a Refund for Medical Items. Refunds are credited to the original Card You paid with and will take 5 – 7 working Days to be credited to Your Account, depending on Your Card Provider.


Our maximum Liability for our failure to fulfill an Order that we are legally bound to fulfill, will be limited to the Price paid by You for that Order.
