• How long does delivery take?

    Delivery time is between 6-12 working days, but please allow up to 15 days for delivery. We send packages with regular mail (most discreet way of packing). You do not have to worry about anything, cause we always deliver our products, so You will always receive Your order.

  • Why are your prices lower then from other online stores?

    Product costs are based on their actual cost and our per unit cost is not highly inflated as at the other online pharmacies. We are the official importer of AsiaPharma products, British Dragon.     We sell generic products and the product contains exactly the same active ingredient as their branded products, often even produced, or partly produced in same factory in Asia. You will get exactly the same product but the only difference is the name of the manufacturer and the price.

  • The medications in my order were damaged during transit, what do I do?

  • From where do you ship your products?

    We deliver our products from different shipping points in Europe and Asia, depending on product. Average delivery time for packages from Europe is up to 6-12 days, from Asia it can take up to 15 days sometimes.

  • What happens, if there is a delay on shipping?

    Sometimes shipping process takes a bit longer, due to different possible situations (customs, stock, shipper problems, holidays time), but we always contact our customers for delay on shipping. But do not worry, You will always receive Your order.

  • What happens, if order is not delivered in promised time frame?

    If order is not delivered in promised time frame (6-12 business days), then it is usually due to order being seized (1% through our statistics) or due to post routes or due to holidays time.     If order was seized, then we cover 50% of loss value (order value), but You need to send us photo of seizure note to our 2 emails provided under section HOW TO CONTACT US. Then You choose some product for given SEIZURE amount and we will send it along with Your next order.
